We currently deliver within Sri Lanka.

2. Delivery Options & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (Within Colombo) : 2–5 business days | Cost: Rs.450
  • Standard Delivery (All Island) : 3–5 business days | Cost: Rs.550

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and during peak seasons.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

At Donz Emporium, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Period: You may request a return within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, items returned beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including perfumes that have been opened and used, gift cards, and sale items, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If payment was made with a credit card, processing times may vary based on your credit card provider’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at shop@donze.lk or through our customer service page to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility for returns.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at shop@donze.lk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  3. Ship Your Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or provide a full refund.
